Credits & Billing

We use credits as a pay-as-you-go unit for processing. Credits are charged for certain operations (for example: exports and subtitle generation) based on processing time.

• Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
• Subscription credits are granted per billing period and expire at the end of each billing period (no rollover).
• Rates may vary by operation (local export vs cloud export vs subtitles). We show an estimate before you run a job.

Retention Policy

To maintain service quality and manage storage costs efficiently, all cloud-generated video exports are stored on our servers for a limited time.

We cannot recover videos once they have been deleted from our servers. If you need to access a video after the retention period, you will need to export it again using your project credits.

Export Types & Device Compatibility

Exports may be processed locally in your browser (device-dependent) or in the cloud (server-rendered). Some export options may be restricted depending on your device type.

• Desktop: local exports may be available if your device meets minimum performance requirements.
• Tablet: exports are cloud-only.
• Mobile phones: exports may be unavailable due to performance and browser limitations.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible service. We handle refunds in credits (not cash) for certain technical failures.

• Cloud export failures: if a cloud export fails due to a technical error on our side, we automatically refund 90% of the credits charged for that export.
• Local exports: local exports are processed on your device and are not refundable (device and browser limitations may cause failures).
• Subtitle generation: if subtitle generation fails due to a technical error (for example, the transcription provider returns an error), we refund the credits for that request. We do not refund for accuracy disputes.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.
